Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Al Oula Academy ("we", "us", or "our"), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our educational services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with UK Consumer Law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment for a full refund, provided that you have not started using the services (i.e., you have not attended any scheduled lessons).

After Sessions Have Started

Once you have attended your first session, the package is considered "used" and is non-refundable, except at our sole discretion or in the event of a proven service failure on our part (e.g., if we are unable to provide a tutor for your scheduled slots).

Rescheduling and Missed Lessons

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a planned lesson with at least 24 hours' notice. We will work with you to find a new suitable time.
  • No-Shows / Late Cancellations: If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the lesson will be forfeited and deducted from your package balance. No refund will be issued for missed lessons.
