Refund Policy

At Aloula Academy Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience.

• Free Trial: Your first evaluation class is 100% free. No payment is required until you decide to continue.
• Cancellations: If you cancel a scheduled lesson at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full credit or refund for that session.
• Unused Sessions: If you have prepaid for a bundle of lessons and wish to stop, we will refund the remaining balance of all unused sessions within 14 days.
• Technical Issues: If a lesson cannot be completed due to a technical failure on our end, the lesson will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
